Angela Wisely graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelorŐs in International Studies. She was a human rights and environmental student organizer throughout high school and college. She is an alumna of City Year Little Rock/North Little Rock. She now serves as the Policy Outreach Coordinator for Audubon Arkansas where she has worked on two coal campaigns.
Joe Sundell was born in Monticello, AR, where he lived until he was 16 years old. He completed high school at the Arkansas School for Math and Science in Hot Springs and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hendrix College in Conway with a bachelorŐs in Physics. He is currently employed as a Conservation Organizer with Sierra ClubŐs National Coal Campaign and is working to put a stop to SWEPCOŐs John W. Turk Plant, a 600 megawatt coal generating facility, in Hempstead County.
Dr. Robert McAfee completed his Ph.D. in Climatology at MacQuarie University. He holds a bachelorŐs in Geography, History and Political Science, and a masterŐs. in Geography from Arkansas Tech University. Dr. McAfee founded the Arkansas Environmental Education Association and co-founded Peaceable Kingdom, Inc. Dr. McAfee was appointed by Gov. Mike Beebe as Climatologist to the Arkansas GovernorŐs Commission on Global Warming and served as Chair of the OMNI Center for Peace, Justice and EcologyŐs (Fayetteville) Carbon Caps Task Force
Eddy Moore has a bachelorŐs degree from Yale University and a masterŐs degree from American University. For 10 years, he worked as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Ernest ŇFitzÓ Hollings, focusing on education and health policies. For 5 years, he served at the Planning and Conservation League in Sacramento, California, as a senior project manager for improved transportation, energy and water policies. In 2007, he published a book, Getting Greener: Progressive Environmental Ideas for the American South, in which he outlined 15 policy recommendations for Southern leaders so that they can better respond to environmental challenges. Recently admitted to the Arkansas bar, he currently works as a consultant to Arkansas Public Policy Panel and Audubon Arkansas, trying to implement energy efficiency programs in Arkansas.
